What I Collect
When you place an order, request catering, sign up for restock notifications, or leave a review, I collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number (phone is optional)
- Pickup or delivery details, including your address if you choose delivery
- Order details — what you ordered, quantities, special instructions, allergy notes you provide
- Payment confirmation (a receipt screenshot you upload, or payment details processed securely through Stripe if you use the Shop checkout)
- Your social media handle, only if you choose to give it as a contact method
How I Use It
- To prepare, confirm, and fulfill your order
- To contact you about your order (confirmations, updates, questions)
- To send you a restock notification, only if you specifically sign up for one
- To improve the site and understand what's popular
I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for anything beyond running this small home bakery.
Who I Share It With
I use a few outside services to run this site, and your information passes through them as part of normal operation:
- Supabase — securely stores order and account data
- Resend — sends order confirmation and notification emails
- Stripe — processes payments if you check out through the Shop page (Stripe handles your card details directly; I never see or store your full card number)
None of these companies use your information for their own marketing — they're just the tools that keep this site running.
Payment Receipts
If you upload a payment receipt (for Venmo/CashApp/PayPal orders), that image is stored securely and only used to confirm your payment.
Your Choices
- You can always ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it
- Restock notifications are opt-in — you can ask to be removed anytime
- You're never required to give a phone number or social media handle
Children's Privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes To This Policy
If anything about how I handle your information changes, I'll update this page.
